LIFESTYLE SEMINAR WITH LIAM SHEEDY & PROF DONAL O'SHEA
Faughs in association with ourselves recently held a lifestyle seminar for members at their clubhouse Guest speakers on the night were DS Automobiles Ambassador and GAA legend, Liam Sheedy and Professor Donal O’Shea.
Liam Sheedy spoke passionately about motivation in sport and how best to work together as a team and Professor Donal O’Shea spoke about the importance of healthy eating for sports men and women and how diet effects performance.
It was a throughly insightful and enjoyable evening and we look forward to the next one in September.
